We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and our rights and obligations to each other.

It is an essential pre-condition to you using this website that you agree and accept that we are not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might incur related to your use of this website and any associated content or material , whether from errors or from omissions in documents or information, goods/products or services offered or from any other use of this website. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

Competition and Consumer Act
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods/products or services.
Online transactions
We offer the use of a safe and secure platform for online transactions that uses built in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol which uses encryption technology to protect the privacy and security of information as it is transmitted online through our payment gateway providers such as PayPal and Stripe.
All products for purchase appear in AUD and will be converted to your relevant currency upon payment processing with PayPal or Stripe. Please be aware that these payment processors may charge a fee for currency conversion which is separate and independent from our fees.
Delivery of Goods
We currently do not supply physical product.
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies within Australia or by reputable posting or courier companies for overseas purchases of physical products. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and substantially longer for overseas delivery depending on destination and delivery option selected.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods/products that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at our discretion.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading software and digital products. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our products, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
Returns and Refunds
We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods/product with a valid reason for return. Please email andrea@expansivehappiness.com detailing your concerns and requests or write to PO Box 158, Maleny Queensland 4552. Expansive Happiness® ABN: 78-102-513-186.
A valid reason means that there is a major problem with the goods/products or service as specified under Australian Consumer Law. A valid reason may include that physical goods/products received were not the same as the physical goods/products ordered. A valid reason to request a refund for a downloadable product may be that you experienced technical difficulty in downloading the product and therefore could not use the product as intended. We will make every effort to investigate and fix the problem and offer to resend the product so that you receive it in a timely manner.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the unused goods/products purchased. Refunds will be processed and payment made by the same method as the original purchase payment. All refunds are made at our discretion.
You are not entitled to a refund if you changed your mind about the product or service after purchasing. Please be sure of the choice you are making to ensure that goods/products or services meet your individual and personal needs prior to making the purchase. Every effort has been made on this website to describe individual goods/ products and services available so please read these descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions you may have prior to making your purchase.
