Subscription and Contact Forms

When you voluntarily complete a subscription, sign up or registration form on this website, you agree to the collection of certain Personal Data.  If you complete a Newsletter Subscription form, as an example, you give your consent to your name and email being collected for the purpose of us sending and you receiving these regular email communications for news, posts and updates.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time through the link that is given on the footer of our emails or through contacting us directly. If you choose to unsubscribe from our Newsletter, you will no longer receive our emails and your personal data will be archived on the Mailchimp platform.

If you wish for your personal data to be deleted, you can make this request by emailing andrea@expansivehappiness.com. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to receive our newsletters in the future, you will need to complete another subscription form on our website.

If you complete the Contact Form on the Contact page, your first and last name, email and country/region is collected on this form so that we can respond to your enquiry via email as effectively and efficiently as possible. Contact form information is not connected to or transferred to our Mailchimp platform.

Mindfulness Meet Registrations

If you register to attend a Mindfulness Meet, your first and last name as well as your email is collected. There is a required checkbox when completing this information. There is also a checkbox to sign up for our newsletter on this form. This is an optional selection and you will only be added to our Newsletter subscribers if you select this checkbox to subscribe. Making a Purchase

If you purchase a product from this website, you consent to giving your full name, physical address including state and region, email address and payment details such as credit card information which is processed through a secure server such as Paypal or Stripe (Third Party Integrations).  By purchasing a product from this website, you will receive emails about the product and product purchase.

You’ll find the coffee cup symbol on individual Blog Posts which provides a link to make the purchase. Buy Me A Coffee has a registered address in San Fransisco, CA, USA. In accordance with their Privacy Policy (https://buymeacoffee.com/privacy-policy), when you support us by purchasing a virtual coffee, your payment information is collected by their payment processor, Stripe. Buy Me A Coffee then receives a “token that represents your account, your card’s expiration date, card type and the last four digits on the card” you have used for payment. If you provide your name and email at the time of purchase, this information is also passed on to Buy Me A Coffee by their payment processor. As a ‘creator’, information about us is also collected and processed by Buy Me A Coffee including the level at which you support us, any rewards you may receive for your support and how often you support us.
